- Quality Manager / Quality Supervisor
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for quality control and management in the injection molding machine production process to ensure that product quality meets standards;
2. Supervise and optimize production processes, reduce quality defects during production, and improve production efficiency;
3. Communicate with customers, collect customer feedback, analyze and resolve customer quality complaints;
4. Develop and implement quality improvement plans to enhance overall product quality and customer satisfaction;
5. Participate in quality evaluation and testing during the development of new products to ensure that new products meet quality standards.Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related fields;
2. 3-5 years of quality management experience in injection molding machine production or related industries;
3. Familiar with quality management systems such as ISO9001 and possess fundamental knowledge of quality management theories;
4. Strong communication and coordination skills and team management abilities;
5. Capable of independently handling quality issues and possess strong problem-solving skills;
6. Good customer service awareness and the ability to effectively address customer quality complaints.
